What we do

We connect employers in the Netherlands with people who can do the work — for a shift, a season, a project or permanently. That covers recruitment and selection, temporary staffing, secondment and the screening and administration that comes with all of it.

Most of our work is in operational and skilled roles: logistics, construction, production, hospitality, facilities and support functions. These are the positions where a missing person on Monday morning becomes an expensive problem by Wednesday, and where a fast, honest answer is worth more than a long presentation.

How we work

• One contact. The person who takes your request stays with it through to placement.
• Straight answers. If we cannot fill a role in the time you have, we say so instead of stalling.
• People treated properly. Candidates get clear terms, honest feedback and a contact who replies.
• Paperwork done right. Identity, right to work, contracts and hours administration handled before problems appear.

Handling personal data

Recruitment means handling personal information, so we keep it to what is necessary. We ask for the details needed to assess a role and only request sensitive documentation — ID copies, BSN, and similar — when there is a concrete offer and a legal reason to. Candidate data is used for recruitment purposes and is not sold on. Anyone can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about them by writing to info@manpowertalent.nl.
